The costs of developing and acquiring information management and/or contact management systems, especially across consortia, are significant and daunting. It's easy to make mistakes and end up with a system which is late, doesn't work properly or is underused.

Paul Ticher and Simon Davey, leading voluntary sector consultants in information management and databases, are presenting a one day conference on making databases work for you. It's an opportunity to learn, to network, to share ideas and experiences and to find out what everyone else is doing.
